✅ At least a graduate degree in economics/agricultural economics and having a minimum of
✅ 10 years’ experience in the natural rubber sector in the government/university/public sector
✅ with skill in preparing technical reports/projects or scientific documentation.
✅ Candidates having an advanced degree in economics or agricultural economics and a long period of experience in natural rubber sectors will be given preference.
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills and proficiency in English.
✅ Not more than 50 years of age as of 1 January 2022.
