Qualification

  • Education: Master’s Degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management From CSC
  • Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention
  • Experience: 4 years in position/s involving management and supervision
  • Eligibility: Career Service(professional) Second Level Eligibility

Preferred Qualifications/Attributes

  • Master’s degree in any science, engineering, management courses;
  • Doctorate degree is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assumes primary responsibility for performance management;
  • Ensuring attainment of performance, objectives and targets of the division;
  • Initiates strategic planning session with superior and staff;
  • Agrees on the outputs that should be accomplished based on the goals/objectives of the PRRI.

Requirements

  • Application letter indicating the Position title, Item number(OSEC-DAB-CSRS-13-2016) and Division name
  • Recently updated Notarized or Sworn Personnal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 with passport size recent photo)
  • Work Experience Sheet (Attachment to CSC Form 212)
  • Transcript of Records and/or Certificate of Units Taken for Unfinished Degrees/Courses
  • Certificate of CSC Eligibility/Valid Professional License
  • Certificate of Participation or Completion of trainings/seminars attended
  • Service Record for Gov’t employees (Outside DA- PRRI), Certificate of Employment (For non-DA- PRRI Personnel)
  • IPCR/OPCR for June – December 2023 with at least a Very Satisfactory rating (For government employees)
  • Certified photocopy of Special Order for designations in managerial & supervisory positions (for applicants to division chief levels) [If any]
