Atty. Mario Jose T. Cunting, Director III of the Civil Service Commission Region IX lectured on the basic information pertaining to government service. It is a fruitful one-day activity participated by all of the employees of PRRI. There were workshops and open forum for the participants to fully grasp the lecture.
