The Philippine Rubber Research Institute (PRRI) hosted the team from Western Mindanao State University (WMSU) to conduct IP Audit Inventory and Caravan held April 8, 2024 at PRRI Conference Room. The event aimed to enhance PRRI’s understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) management. This initiative is part of the program of the Regional Agri-Aqua Innovation System Enhancement (RAISE) Program, supported by the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD).
Engr. Arvic S. Francisco, a Team Leader from WMSU discussed in details the Intellectual Property (IP) basics for PRRI’s technical staff, covering patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
By the end, PRRI technical personnel were equipped with valuable knowledge and were grateful for the opportunity to learn about IP management.
