PRRI is proud to announce the achievements of both, Dr. Girlie R. Saludo and Engr. Evangeline P. Garcia of the Rubber Technology and Extension Division (RTESD)!
After having successfully completed the 6th Technology Commercialization Mentorship Series (TCMS), they are now fully equipped with project management team skills for effective technology commercialization.
This initiative is a result of PRRI’s partnership with Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD) under the RAISE Program’s Intellectual Property and Technology Business Management (IPTBM) Project. The graduation ceremony took place on April 18, 2024, at the University of Southern Mindanao in Kabacan, Cotabato.
During the ceremony, Dr. Reynado V. Ebora, Executive Director of DOST-PCARRD, emphasized the significance of such mentorship programs in equipping participants with the requisite skills and knowledge for further innovation and progress.
Indeed, this is marked as a significant event – a personal success for Dr. Saludo and Engr. Garcia. All thanks to the collaborative effort of PRRI, DOST-PCAARRD and the Agri-Aqua Business Incubation Network of the Philippines Inc. (AABINPhil, Inc.) which made this all possible.
