Engr. Evangeline P. Garcia of PRRI-RTESD attended the 8th Annual Philippine Women Engineers and Scientistsโ€™ Summit, held at the Aziza Paradise Hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan from August 22 to 24, 2024. Her participation aligns perfectly with PRRI’s mandate: To initiate and administer research and development programs to improve productivity and quality of rubber in the Country.
