Engr. Evangeline P. Garcia of PRRI-RTESD attended the 8th Annual Philippine Women Engineers and Scientistsโ Summit, held at the Aziza Paradise Hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan from August 22 to 24, 2024. This summit is a celebration of the achievements and contributions of women in the fields of science and engineering. During the event, she participated in many activities and had the opportunity to connect with leading female professionals in the field. Her participation aligns perfectly with PRRI’s mandate: To initiate and administer research and development programs to improve productivity and quality of rubber in the Country. By attending the summit, Engr. Garcia gained valuable insights and inspiration that will undoubtedly contribute to PRRI’s ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and empower women in science and engineering.
Engr.
