In a bid to enhance performance management and uphold the spirit of public service, the Civil Service Commission orchestrated a two-day seminar at the heart of PRRI. The event, which unfolded on November 9-10, 2023, in the Conference Room of the PRRI Building, was an enlightening experience for all attendees.
Directed by the dynamic and visionary PRRI Executive Director, Dr. Cheryl Lazaga Eusala, the seminar aimed to introduce the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) for PRRI. The esteemed speaker for the occasion was none other than the distinguished Atty. Mario Jose Cunting, Director III Civil Service Commission Region IX.
The crux of the seminar, as emphasized by Director Eusala, lay in understanding the profound responsibility that comes with being public servants and, more specifically, PRRI employees.
