PRRI Executive Director, Dr. Cheryl Lazaga Eusala, together with Budget Officer, Ms. Kristine Cubero, and Planning Officer, Ms. Melanie Santos, recently participated in the Internal Budget Conference and FY 2025 Internal Budget Forum. The event took place at the BSWM Convention Hall, Department of Agriculture, Diliman, Quezon City, on February 7th and 8th, 2024, respectively.

The conference and forum both offered a platform for discussing and deliberating the internal budget allocations for the upcoming fiscal year. All participants in the forum engaged in thorough discussions concerning budget planning, strategies for resource allocation, and financial projections. The aim was to ensure the efficient use of resources and alignment with the organization’s objectives.

Director Eusala actively engaged with her Co-DA officials, sharing updates on PRRI’s current status and future plans. During this event, the dedication and commitment of Ms. Cubero and Ms. Santos to PRRI were evident as they demonstrated their role in establishing prudent financial management and strategic planning within the organization.

Moreover, the event also served as an opportunity for networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange among stakeholders within the Department of Agriculture. It facilitated a collective effort towards enhancing transparency, accountability, and efficiency in budget management processes.
