The Philippine Rubber Research Institute upskill the capacity in scientific writing in a 2-day online training workshop for Fertilizer/ Pesticide Bio-Efficacy and SPRT Researchers in Crops on September 24-26, 2024.
The Philippine Association of Entomologists, Inc. (PAE) in partnership with the Fertilizer Pesticide Authority (FPA) conducted a 2-day online training for the Accreditation of Pesticide and Fertilizer Researchers on September 25-26, 2024.
The workshop was open to researchers and scientists who wish to obtain accreditation to conduct experiments and field trials to generate data and support the registration of fertilizer and pesticide products with FPA. Mr. Ronnie Magdua, Science Research Analyst and MR. Demosthenes E. Pico Jr., Technical Assistant I attended the said online event .
The workshop focused on giving the participants a better understanding of the nature and importance of bio-efficacy protocols, the latest established experimental designs and statistical analysis, enhancing their scientific writing skills. This event served as a significant step towards rubber sustainability supporting Bagong Pilipinas.
